6. Fire separation, unit 4BPage 14 of 22

Page 14, already open.No scrolling through 22 pages.

The wall between units 4A and 4B is to be lined on both sides, and the lining is to run to the underside of the slab above.

The wall to unit 4A, the floor above 4B and every service penetration through them are to achieve FRL 90/90/90, as set out in the drawings issued with our letter of 28 February. We have not agreed to a lower rating at any stage. Any change to the specified lining or penetration systems needs our written approval before it is built.

The exact words, not a rewrite.Shown as written, so Tom tells the builder what the firm told them.

7. Balcony slab to unit 4B. The fall to the drain is to be 1 in 80 or steeper.

Who it's for, and when

For anyone in the firm who has to dig through the shared drive while someone waits on the phone. Tom and the builder are the example.

The price is written into the quote and doesn't change once we start. Pay a deposit to start, and the balance on handover.

From first call to handover

  1. 1Show us how you do it now

A 15‑minute call first, then 30 minutes on a video call with the tools you already use.

  2. 2We build it on your own data

Read access to the drives you choose. The index is kept in your own account.

  3. 3It's handed over to you

Code, data and a one‑page manual, in your own accounts. Look after it yourself, or have us do it.

Who builds it

I'm Nature. I design and build these, and I'm the one you talk to. Serving businesses in Melbourne, in English and Chinese. We've worked with manufacturers, electronic component distributors, shipbuilders and building-material suppliers.

Questions

Who owns it when it's done?
You do. The code and the data sit in your own accounts, and you get a one-page manual.
Does it send our files anywhere?
It reads the drives you give it permission for, and no others. The index is kept in your own account.
Will staff see files they shouldn't?
No. It follows the permissions your drives already have, so each person finds what they could already open.
What do you need from me?
30 minutes on a video call to show us how you look for things now, and read access to the drives you want searched. We do the rest.
How long does it take?
The time on the price, counted from the day we have access. Most jobs take ten working days.
Does it find scanned PDFs and old Word files?
Yes. Scanned pages are read as text, so a scan of a signed letter is found like any other file.
What if something breaks after handover?
Tell us. Fixes to what we built are part of the job. If you'd like someone to look after it every month, that's our part-time tech person, and it's optional.
How do I pay?
A deposit to start and the balance on handover, invoiced by ToWow (HK) Limited. Prices are in Australian dollars. ToWow (HK) Limited isn't registered for Australian GST, so no GST is added.
