Who owns it when it's done?

You do. The code and the data sit in your own accounts, and you get a one‑page manual.

What do you need from me?

30 minutes on a video call to show us how you do it now, three recent quotes and your price list. We do the rest.

How long does it take?

This one takes 10 working days, counted from the day we have access.

What if something breaks after handover?

Tell us. Fixes to what we built are part of the job. If you'd like someone to look after it every month, that's our part-time tech person, and it's optional.

Can I change it later?

Yes. Small changes can be quoted one at a time, with the price agreed before we start. When your prices change, you update your price list and the next quote uses them.

Where does my data go?

It stays in your accounts and your tools. We work with read access wherever we can.

Does it work with MYOB as well as Xero?

Yes. It also works from a price list spreadsheet, if that's what you price from.

How do I pay?

A deposit to start and the balance on handover, invoiced by ToWow (HK) Limited. Prices are in Australian dollars. ToWow (HK) Limited isn't registered for Australian GST, so no GST is added.
