Who owns the accounts?

You do. Your website, domain and Microsoft 365 stay in your name, and we work with the access you give us.

What do you need from me?

30 minutes on a video call, a list of what you have and the logins. We do the rest.

How fast do you respond?

We reply the same working day. For anything urgent, we start within the hour.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Your website, domain, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and the automations we've built or that you already run in Zapier. For anything outside that list, we tell you what we see and agree the price before we start.

When does it start?

Within a week of the call, once we have your list and the logins.

Where does my data go?

It stays in your accounts and your tools. We work with read access wherever we can.

Does it work with Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?

Yes. The report has the same five checks, whichever one you use.

How do I pay?

One invoice a month, from ToWow (HK) Limited. Prices are in Australian dollars. ToWow (HK) Limited isn't registered for Australian GST, so no GST is added. We go through the terms on the call.
