I'm Nature. I design and build these, and I'm the one you talk to. Serving businesses in Melbourne, in English and Chinese. We've worked with manufacturers, electronic component distributors, shipbuilders and building-material suppliers.

Questions

Who owns it when it's done?
You do. The code and the data sit in your own accounts, and you get a one‑page manual.
What do you need from me?
30 minutes on a video call to show us how you do it now, your project spreadsheet and the nine templates. We do the rest.
How long does it take?
This one takes 7 working days, counted from the day we have access.
What if something breaks after handover?
Tell us. Fixes to what we built are part of the job. If you'd like someone to look after it every month, that's our part-time tech person, and it's optional.
Can I change it later?
Yes. Small changes can be quoted one at a time, with the price agreed before we start. A new template can be added the same way.
Where does my data go?
It stays in your accounts and your tools. We work with read access wherever we can.
Does it fill Word documents and PDF forms?
Yes. It fills Word templates and the PDF forms you already use, such as a council application form, from a row in Excel or Google Sheets.
How do I pay?
A deposit to start and the balance on handover, invoiced by ToWow (HK) Limited. Prices are in Australian dollars. ToWow (HK) Limited isn't registered for Australian GST, so no GST is added.
